This was my first time visiting Ella and she was very friendly and professional. I had a manicure with builder polish and Ella took the time to push back and tidy my cuticles without cutting them as I’m a type 2 diabetic and cutting can cause infection. Ella shaped my nails into a soft round which I really liked and finished off with a very natural soft pink polish. I am very happy with the finished job and will definitely return and recommend her to my family and friends.

The hairdresser (my apologies I cannot remember her name) did exactly what I asked for (cut,wash n dry) and even made a nice style when was blow-dried,it made my hair feel so much better! I highly recommend the really nice hairdresser! thank you!

when I got to the appointment Ella said she had accidentally double booked someone with the app Booksy. She asked me to come back in 10-20 minutes which I did I then waited outside for 45 minutes and the lady getting her nails done was still being worked on. I asked for a refund as I had to pay upfront and she advised that she didn’t know how to do that and i would need to try to get a refund through Treatwell. I have been unable to get through to anyone and I am £35 down with no treatment
