Paula was great and so thorough with the wax. It was one of the best waxes I've had in terms of minimising pain, she really put me at ease. It's a little tricky to find at first because you have to walk through the barbers but that's not a problem once you know where it is. Great wax and a really lovely lady! Thank you Paula
