It was the second time I've been to Paula, but due to being lazy the second time had been a while after the first. Waxing is always painful for me but Paula makes it so much easier to bear, she's quick, efficient and very diligent. I'd say she's great value for money. I left feeling brilliant. Thanks Paula!
