My daughter was happy with the nails but I wasn’t notified of extra charges until after the treatment was done. Hearts painted were uneven, wonky & unfinished which was what was charged more as well as my daughter choosing French which carried an extra charge.

Cut three of my fingers, one of which was consistently bleeding. Couldnt get my manicure finished as a result. Technician was rude about injuring me and blamed me for flinching when she clipped my skin, depsite the cut being so far from my cuticle that it is comical.
I had recently recommended this place to several people and have taken back what I said and informed those people about how terrible the experience was.
They are lucky I had paid prior to my appointment or I would have not paid.
