after sitting for just under 2 hours for biab I then had to come home and file all them down round the edges cause they where all rough you didn’t do it cause you where busy and rushing which I get but I’m paying for a service to be done and it’s not getting done you charged me an extra £2 to fix a nail even though my whole set was getting redone I’ve messaged you with no reply.. my nail is again lifting for a second time within just a week of having them done which is ridiculous!!
