I was late for my appointment due to childcare issues but the team were lovely and really reassuring. My make up was excellent and Ella kept checking to make sure I was happy with it. It lasted all day and night. Really pleased with the service and I'll book again

Appointment started an hour late. Lashes started coming out after a couple of days and by day 6 they were all gone. Went back to the salon on my day off 2 days later and was informed that there was a 24 hour refund policy (where is that listed?) and there is nothing they can do. Very disappointed
