Always a great experience here, excellent waxing experience (quick, clean, pain free). She is so welcoming and makes you feel completely relaxed. The treatment room is nicely decorated and always clean. This is a high quality place and stands out against the (many!) terrible London treatment rooms I’ve been to. Highly recommend Elixirs

I absolutely love this little gem of a spa. I couldn't recommend it more. My skin looks and feels amazing after the facial. I'm planning on trying a Thalgo facial next. The therapist offered good insight and advice into my skin. I couldn't recommend the deep tissue massage with Nataliya more. I've tried a fair few treatments at the spa. I highly recommend starting with the sauna to relax you pre massage.
