Loved this treatment which was well needed as a holistic massage therapist, we tend to forget the advise we give our clients applies to us as well. Because the burnout, exhaustion and energy draining can hit you all at once. Nataliya, listened to my body and took me to heaven today as I’ve been experiencing a lot of perimenopausal and adhd system which have fried my nervous system.
