Manicure was excellent and I was really happy with the finish. Unfortunately, the lash lift was a big disappointment, my lashes were overprocessed and now look damaged, which will take months to grow out. To be fair, the owner acknowledged the issue and offered a partial refund and a serum, which I appreciate. Still, I’m really sad my lashes ended up so damaged.
