This was my first experience having this treatment and my massuse was very knowledgeable, reassuring and insightful assisting in making the process as beneficial and comfortable for me as possible.
I felt taken care of and valued the added bonus was the kind valentines gesture I received which was very encouraging.
I will definitely be returning.

Always a great experience here, excellent waxing experience (quick, clean, pain free). She is so welcoming and makes you feel completely relaxed. The treatment room is nicely decorated and always clean. This is a high quality place and stands out against the (many!) terrible London treatment rooms I’ve been to. Highly recommend Elixirs
