Honestly, I was a bit hesitant because I’ve never been to Burnt Oak and the practise was located in what looked like someone’s home. But my oh my what a great place. The doctor was excellent, it was my first ever PRP and he explained everything and made me feel at ease! Definitely recommend.

The staff are nice. But I can’t in good conscious leave a positive review, my first two appointment were cancelled with little to no notice (once they told me when I got there, after traveling for nearly an hour). The dermoplanning was average. I have however gotten a rash since (do with that what you like).. the staff are honestly lovely. But unfortunately that’s about it.

I had a great time here on Saturday, thought the dermaplaning hadn’t gone to plan due to issues on my end, everything else about the treatment was very satisfactory. The face peel and mask meant that my skin would be very smooth and noticeably even toned and slightly brighter even the day after. An overall pleasant experience, especially with the lady doing my treatment detailing every step and enlightening me on facial treatments and products to use in the future !

Really enjoyed my treatment and Jasmine was really informative and provided me with really helpful information to help improve my skin. The treatment was lovely and it was my first time doing microdermabrasion!
