I have had the underarm botulinum toxin treatment about 10 times in the past 5 years. I have been to various clinics on Harley Street and in North America. I can vouch that Dr. Vahe and his team follow an absolute textbook approach. In fact, the starch test, pencil mapping and the application of a topical analgesic is often omitted in other clinics. You will certainly not get an elegant address and lobby but what you will get is a warm and friendly professional team and a very clean if somewhat small treatment room.
It is a straightforward and simple procedure lasting about 30 minutes. This is no ‘botox’ mill factory as you will often encounter on Harley Street. Dr. Vahe and his assistant do ensure your comfort and will patiently answer any question you may have. You will also be informed of every step of the process, and be shown the product used. If memory serves me right, I believe they used the Bocouture brand of toxin - one of several on the market these days. I personally haven’t seen the Botox brand used in years in any clinic.
Truth be told, had this been my first treatment I would have likely gone on Harley Street by reputation and paid considerably more money in an effort to alleviate any worry but I can vouch through experience that you will get an equivalent and arguably superior service - at a fraction of the cost. I recommend this team highly and you will get great value.

Perfect hyperhydrosis procedure. The clinic has just opened up so it was at a bargain price which makes it all the better. The quality of the treatment was not at all diminished though. The doctor does all his drug checks with you so you see exactly what is being injected into you, his sterile technique is fine. The room is small, at the back of the pharmacy if you're having issues finding it, but it's perfectly clean.
He applied a numbing cream, waited for that to kick in then tested the area and treated the area that needed it. 50 units of Botox per armpit which is standard. It's only been two days (it takes a week or so to work fully) but I can already see a massive reduction in my sweating. No bruising or swelling after the injections at all which is perfect.
So happy with the procedure, will be going back again.
