Booked in for acrylics, sat there for 40 mins whilst the woman tried filing my nail polish off (i told her it was just normal polish, it will come off with normal nail polish remover, it takes about 2 mins to remove but she carried on filing the hell out of my nails for 40 mins). Then she told me she cant do acrylics even though thats what i booked in for and tried to convince me to just get gels. I said no and just walked out. The worst nail experience and a complete waste of my time.
