My daughter went to have extensions, but when we left we realised that the glue had seeped around the nail, the polish was untidy and the underneath of the nails were rough and had clumps of leftover acrylic stuck to them. About a week after the appointment, the nails started to fall off (including the extension). Contacted the salon who agreed for us to come back and have them redone at no additional cost. This time TJ did the work and the new nails look amazing (separate review left).
