I booked my appointment yet I was asked to wait for 20 mins which turned out to be 45-50mins. The quality of work was nice and she apologised lots but she didn’t even know I was coming and clearly doesn’t check the booking schedule.

TJ, my manicurist, was lovely - friendly, chatty, helpful and efficient. She did a great job. I would definitely go back to the same salon. There are typically only two manicurists on duty, I think just one on weekdays, but it's easy to book ahead on the app and they do take walk-ins.
