I waited over 30 minutes whilst the nail tech was completing her families nails😳. Even though my appointment was pre booked ?? The worker was basically having a party/ catch up session with her family… The nail shop was very chaotic I prefer being a peaceful relaxation environment when getting a treatment not being surrounded by loud kids and adults talking loudly/shouting etc…
The nail tech did an ok job just not sure why I had to wait when I had a scheduled appointment..
I will book elsewher

The guy was on FaceTime whilst doing my nails, he was rough with my hands and didn’t even make me wash my hands when I got there - though he was nice I was not satisfied with my nails. I recently when to get them done somewhere else and they just told me that my pinky looked like it has an infection - so now I will have to go to the doctor.

This place has horrible hygiene. The pictures on the Internet do not represent what it looks like. Bad hygiene with equipment. I had to wait 50 minutes until I was seen and my friend had to wait 1hr 15. Staff were not helpful and accommodating. On Treatwell they show they have more than 1 staff available but they don’t. Awful customer service and my pedicure was rushed - paint on my skin and were nails filed on a slant. Don’t recommend this place, save your money! False advertisement!
