Three months to grow my natural nails for this Alex guy to cut them up in one second. I told him what I wanted 3 times and he still managed to do whatever he wanted. They did apologised but that’s not going to make my nails grow back.

I’d booked in for Shellac but I received a DND gel polish. The pedicure and manicure was ok, however, I do think I was mis-sold the type of polish. I understand Shellac is a brand, however, maybe treatment should be advertised as gel so customers know what to expect.
