The whole appointment was really great! The consultation was thorough, and as I was changing laser technicians, I really appreciated how comforting and informative Anh was. She completely respected my previous experience and seamlessly picked up from where I left off, which made me feel really comfortable. The whole procedure was comfortable, and she was so lovely throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
