They were not polite at all.
Apparently i booked the wrong service and was trying to solve it with them asking which one it was suppose to be and if i Owned them more money.
They decided to just give me another service, ignoring me when I asked what they were doing, not caring about my opinion at all.
They wanted to refund me so I could pay for what they were doing at this point but in the end they just said it was the same prince when I was supposed to get 5£ back.
Nails are pretty at least.

Was a bad experience for me.. Had to wait despite making an appointment, the staff who did my nails was rude and quality was bad.. Will not visit again.

I have been going to a Elite for 2 years now. They are the best in perfection when it comes to your nails. Don’t expect to be in and out quickly, but they will pay the very best attention to you and what you want. I highly recommend Anne, Ming and Tony
