I had booked online and had to wait about 20 minutes after the appointment time when I got there, however I didn't mind that. I went on a Saturday when they were very busy, so it might be worth avoiding that day if you can. I thought the Salon very professional and quiet, and I found the whole experience very relaxing. My pedicure was exceptionally well done, with a great deal of care and attention to detail. I shall certainly come again.
