I'm training for a marathon and had some trouble with my hamstrings and IT band. Needed a deep tissue massage to really knead out some of the tension that was in there.
Ann was really good. She's small but don't underestimate her - she's strong too. She chatted with me beforehand to find out the areas I wanted to focus on and allocated the time accordingly. My legs felt a lot less tight afterwards and when she was working on certain parts, I was gritting my teeth, but it was exactly what I needed. It released all of the tension caught in the muscles. She also did my shoulders and neck which really needed some attention. I will definitely be back.
