They were not polite at all.
Apparently i booked the wrong service and was trying to solve it with them asking which one it was suppose to be and if i Owned them more money.
They decided to just give me another service, ignoring me when I asked what they were doing, not caring about my opinion at all.
They wanted to refund me so I could pay for what they were doing at this point but in the end they just said it was the same prince when I was supposed to get 5£ back.
Nails are pretty at least.

Was a bad experience for me.. Had to wait despite making an appointment, the staff who did my nails was rude and quality was bad.. Will not visit again.
