The technician I went to was really rude; yelling and tugging my hand instead of asking me to bring it closer. I was able to switch to a new person when he realised he wasn’t capable of doing the pattern I requested. I probably won’t go back after this experience - despite having gone here a few times. Shame because the rest of the staff are nice. Just so disappointed.
