He did a very good job, but I booked very clearly online for gel nails. They had my booking. Then after they told me they had given me a different treatment and I had to pay £10 extra. This was my first time there so I’m not sure how I was meant to know what is included - they had my name. I sense this is a scam. I am very unimpressed with that service, which is a shame because the actual pedicure was very well done. A warning to anyone who books here!
