Eyebrow threading was done poorly, with lots of stray hairs left afterwards. The therapist trimmed by eyebrows, leaving hair all over my face with no attempt to clean up. I booked via treatwell but it was clear that they don't honour appointment times and just try to get as many customers in as possible. I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to be available.
