Usually have a fantastic experience here, however today I was attended by a new young technician (not in uniform) who did not match standard service. She slipped and cut the underside of my nail with electric drill, then soaked my (bleeding) finger in glue remover which stung badly. My acrylic nails are thicker than usual, and the polish (tips) are uneven (off centre). Will return as the other technicians are lovely but I hope I’m not served by her again.
