Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Anh. Time management is very poor, I felt rushed and stressed. She kept trying to push me to her colleagues. The pedicure ended up being not tidy and smudged as it didnāt dry properly. She had applied too many layers, which she should have known and which I never asked for (as she tried to blame me later on). When I kindly asked her to fix it less than a day later, she was rude and greeted me with the words āDid you kick someone?? Maybe thatās why the pedicure didnāt lastā. She then started blaming me for her poor job, made me wait for 40 min and tried to charge me a full pedicure again!!
When a new customer came in, she jumped up and said she was free - although she kept telling me she was busy- I was absolutely shocked at how fake she acted with me. She started talking badly about me to the new customer although I could heat it. I felt super disrespected. Her colleagues were much nicer than her and did a much better job. It was a frustrating experience overall though as I spent over 6 hours in total!!

Pedicure was great. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommend this place. Everyone working there wears a mask which makes you feel safe.
