I booked a last-minute appointment for a BIAB and was assigned a less experienced technician. As a result, the appointment took a bit longer than usual. However, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience pleasant. The BIAB treatment turned out well and was exactly what I was looking for.

The steam machine was not working, instead some very smellg air came out, I could not breathe, as it resembled a toxic cleaner.
My procedure was altered without a hint of apology.
