The treatments always feel rushed. I know nail technicians work quickly, but I can barely catch my breath in this salon. I was in the chair for less than a minute, and while I was choosing my colour and comparing the samples to my hand, they started removing the old polish. I had to ask for a few minutes to decide. They seemed annoyed and refused to take my £5 discount voucher when I paid. I wasn’t being rude - customers should be given a moment to settle in, especially on a hot day!
