They were very nice, but my pedicure started 10-15 mins late and the actual pedicure experience (scrub, clean, massage) took less than 10 minutes. They were also quite haphazard with cutting my nails, and ended up cutting bits of skin off. Most of the time was spent waiting to dry. The painting was done really well, but overall this was a total rush job and I can't see how this is a full pedicure worth £35.
