My nails look great but there was no warning that I’d have to pay more for longer nails (no sign in the store or on their Treatwell price list). I went to this place because of their prices so that was a huge letdown for me.

I got a manicure here and not once did they disinfect or wash any of the tools. The cuticle work was only done superficially, just for appearance. When I got home, I had to clean up my cuticles myself. I’ll attach photos if possible.
They were “soaking” nails in a regular metal bowl, which didn’t seem hygienic. The staff was rough, and the music was extremely loud. When they were trimming my nails, pieces were flying all over the salon.
