After initially agreeing on how much to cut off the ends, I noticed she had cut more than double of that amount we had initially agreed on. When she saw my reaction she said “it’s still long, it just looks good now” without any regards to my request on how I wanted my hair to be cut.
I left very upset and won’t be returning.

Rena was really lovely and tried really hard to get a good wax, however it was incredibly painful and left a lot of hair left over, some of which Rena tried to remove with tweezers. She also removed hair all over, despite it being a Brazilian.
After the wax, I was in lots of pain, and had to apply cream at home, which was excruciating. About a day later, I realised that the entire area had a sort of friction burn, which took several days to heal. I haven't been able to contact them for comment
