This was my first visit. The threading of 3 areas was too fast and slapdash. They took 10 minutes total rather than the at least 20 it usually takes. There were still patches with hairs left when I looked more carefully at home. Also left small cuts on my eyelid and upper lip. The room was also not as clean as you'd hope for hygiene sake. I won't return.
