This was my first visit. The threading of 3 areas was too fast and slapdash. They took 10 minutes total rather than the at least 20 it usually takes. There were still patches with hairs left when I looked more carefully at home. Also left small cuts on my eyelid and upper lip. The room was also not as clean as you'd hope for hygiene sake. I won't return.

An average experience: my eyebrow threading was quick (under 5 minutes), which felt a bit rushed, even though I don’t have much hair to remove. The treatment room didn’t feel particularly clean, but for the price, it was acceptable.
