I booked a gel manicure and mentioned a cracked nail that we agreed would be repaired before polish. During the appointment I was distracted with emails and trusted the process. I was told the crack had been filed away, but within three days it broke again and several other nails started cracking too. My nails were left extremely thin and bendy, and this was not explained. The finish was also not very clean around the cuticles. After four days I had to go elsewhere to fix them. I won't be back.
