I attended my appointment today to find out the woman who does the tatttoo removal doesn’t work on a Friday but I was able to book it via Treatwell. I was told the diary hasn’t been updated? Why is this not blocked off your booking system in the first. I have also paid £5:50 for parking and I’m still waiting on my £20 refund. I’m self employed I’m sure your salon can understand how frustrating this is. Please refund me since I did not receive the service and wasted time
