The venue did not have notice of my appointment. I had to wait 20 minutes , as all the therapists had clients. They didn’t have time to give me the facial, I just got a cleanse, and face mask.I was very disappointed. I would like a refund.

Beyond happy with my result: scaring from acne (ice pick) greatly reduced/soften, very knowledgeable: using techniques hadn’t had before to get me a stronger result and always on hand to help after treatment.
I was made to feel very welcome/ comfortable by Debbie, checking throughout treatment I was ok, as you are numb before treatment,no need to be nervous.
The salon itself is so clean and modern.
Can’t wait till my next appointment and to see my future results.
