I booked what was advertised as a HydraFacial, expecting the genuine treatment that uses water and serum infusion. However, the facial I received involved dry suction with no hydration or serum step — more like a vacuum facial - The therapist was polite and the space was clean, but I left feeling disappointed and a bit misled, as it wasn’t the HydraFacial experience I thought I was booking, and left my skin feeling stingy and sore.
