Zubaida herself was lovely, but unfortunately I did have to wait half an hour to be seen due as she was running quite late. This meant I had to cancel another appointment I had elsewhere. My arms were left lovely and smooth (with the use of a metal wax spreader which was a new experience....)

Really unimpressed with this service. Was waiting 30 mins for a common wax (I prebooked) and she likes taking calls whilst she’s waxing your private areas!
