This was my first time using Elite Beauty & I have been left with wax burns/grazes on my top lip and underarms. which 3 days later are still extremely sore & inflamed. I have been waxing for 20 years & never had a reaction or bad experience. The lady who did the wax was lovely, but evidently the products or technique she uses are not the best. I informed her of what has happened and instead of accepting liability, she blamed skin sensitivity, which i do not have!
