Felt like a store room in the basement and the blanket used to cover me was dirty. No music so you could hear men outside talking. The woman was kind and attentive though and the massage itself felt quite relaxing. Shame about the ambiance/setting.

Whilst the therapist was good, I found the room to be quite cold. In addition the beginning of my treatment was interrupted by another member of staff wanting to retrieve her jacket from the therapy room, a telephone conversation with an enquiring client and also the mobile phone ringing loudly during my treatment. It was not relaxing as I would’ve expected, however the treatment itself was good.
