Really friendly atmosphere but a bit of professionalism is missing.
The "laser tratment" it's not laser but pulsed light (so, less effective)
However it's a good value for the price (really affordable) and a nice moment.
I sat and waited in the hallway as this is a house. I would say this would not be to everyone’s liking as there are children and adults talking and walking around. I wasn’t sure what to expect at this point but Zubaida was very nice. I had the 3 hour me time package. I asked for the hot stone massage as you get a choice however, If I hadn’t of asked she would have just given me a Swedish which I thought was strange. I have to say, the massage was excellent and very good. Then I had my pedicure and although it was supposed to be a luxury pedicure, the masque and heated booties were missed out. Lastly I had my facial. I’d say the facial and massage was great. The pedicure was fine except the missed out parts of the treatment and then when I checked my polish it wasn’t too great, not the standard you pay for unfortunately, it wasn’t tidied up around the nail and the second coat was wish washy. I will definitely return for a massage/facial and perhaps give other treatments a try but not for nails. It’s the little things that need brushed up on, such as offering a drink, some music to create an ambience, and just attention to detail. As I said Zubaida is a hard working lovely lady though xx
