Couldn't have been better. Zubaida is an absolutely charming lady as well as the complete professional. Ears pierced quickly and expertly (first time they've every looked the same both sides!) with all care instructions. Excellent value too. Can't recommend highly enough.

Zubaida did a really good job on the facial and she is very friendly and professional. I can't say it was relaxing the whole time (when my blackheads were being removed!) but I left with my face feeling really fresh and clean.
