I would go again. A little unprofessional as half way through my appointment I had to go and wait outside as a lady came for a massage and wax! It was my appointment time! But the lady was friendly and made me feel at ease.

I don't even know where to begin. SO DISAPPOINTED.
The therapist was 20 mins late and came in the room on the phone. I thought she would end the call and put on some relaxing music but put the call on LOUDSPEAKER and balanced the mobile on my thigh while she talked and massaged!! There were no candles or dim light, just a lamp used for facials on the floor to create dimness. The massage was very oily. The therapist rubbed boiling hot stones over the body instead of an actual massage and placed them on my skin (which kept sliding off). She put one in my underwear and forgot about it.
I wouldn't recommend a massage here but I'm sure other treatments might be better.

Inside a house so not spa experience and lady was on the phone for the second half of the treatment which wasn't professional. However was friendly and extremely thorough removing hair. Full body did not include Hollywood but this wasn't stated so kindly didn't charge extra.
