Nice chatty lady, wax result was clean and I left hair free! Only criticism is that the lady forgot my appointment time so I had to wait 10/15mins to prep the wax for my treatment, and the wax was painful due to no pressure applied when the wax was pulled off each time until I brought this up then she started applying slight pressure to reduce the pain. Despite of that all my hair was taken off which was what I wanted so i am pleased with the result as many places these days do not take EVERYTHING off! Thank you.

Lovely lady and very thorough wax. Only downside is that my underarms were very sore afterwards as top skin layer had been pulled off too; perhaps because it was a very warm day, or I hadn't had them waxed for nearly 6 months.
