Nice chatty lady, wax result was clean and I left hair free! Only criticism is that the lady forgot my appointment time so I had to wait 10/15mins to prep the wax for my treatment, and the wax was painful due to no pressure applied when the wax was pulled off each time until I brought this up then she started applying slight pressure to reduce the pain. Despite of that all my hair was taken off which was what I wanted so i am pleased with the result as many places these days do not take EVERYTHING off! Thank you.
