Zubaida was lovely but I did not feel at ease with her. She was recovering from a surgical treatment so was obviously not at her best and I appreciate that she still took on my appointment but it took almost 2 hrs for a full leg and Hollywood, she proceeded to tell me it’s because I was very very hairy and constantly made reference to my dry skin which I have due to eczema and folliculitis! All in all the wax wasn’t amazing and I left with somewhat of a complex lol oh and half way through my treatment she took on an underarm wax in the same room???? The pedicure I booked was cancelled in advance due to the surgical treatment

Overall, my experience was quick and Zubaida calmed my nerves for my 1st wax! I came early - Zubaida was ready & willing get started! She made me feel comfortable and reassured me throughout the wax. Conversation was a healthy distraction from the pain! Speaking of pain, about 10 minutes after my wax I was absolutely fine. I didn't feel sore and my skin was irritated. Zubaida was quick and efficient. I'd say the wax lasted for about 10mins. For my 1st wax, I left feeling like I could do it again! Thanks Zubaida for making me feel comfortable and confident in you during my 1st wax!
