Zubaida is professional but also so warm and puts you at ease. The massage was relaxing but also helped with my muscle tension, as Zubaida ia able to apply a good amount of pressure. I enjoy a firm massage and she delivers. Always go to her for my massages and waxing and she is so good.

I arrived early to my appointment and called to check if they could see me early which she accommodated. The room was clean and looked professional. When I was getting changed the therapist asked me if it was Hollywood that I wanted I said no Brazilian wax. I proceeded to get my treatment done and next I feel wax going all over and she obviously didn’t listen to what I wanted and I had to have a Hollywood instead. The treatment was very thorough with spotless results but very painfull.

I went in for a what I thought was a normal Hollywood wax. Repetitive, extremely painful waxing, still sore and sensitive to touch 48+ hours on. This has never happened before! The hair may be gone but I feel half of my vagina left with it!
