I've been with this woman a year ago and I was really disappointed, but I woke up in a lot of pain this morning and I needed somewhere cheap and convenient. I live a 15 mins walk from Elite.
The appointment was booked at 8am this morning on your app. I arrived at 15:20. My scheduled time. However she did not know that I had booked my appointment as the room was not prepped. She made me wait 25 minutes while she remade the bed and then she left the room. My appointment didn't start until 15:50. While I waited her phone beeped incessantly. I counted every 30 seconds or so.
I explained to her that I have a very sore back from working out at the gym and from my office job, so I would need more focus there. She agreed.
Then she started the massage, but stopped after 5 mins because she'd forgotten to put music on. She put on pan pipe music, however, her phone continued to go off!! After the 8th time, I asked her to put her phone on silent. She replied that it wasn't her phone, it was her tablet. And she can't mute it. I said it needed to be taken out of the room then as it's hardly appropriate or professional, and she said that it would stop the music. So I said I'd rather have silence.
That was a big mistake. She had 5 children in the house. So for the next 45 minutes I had to hear the kids screaming and running around the house. Halfway through, her daughter started shouting for her - apparently they were going shopping! So she left the room for 5 mins to sort them out!!
She came back and whilst she did apologise, it was really unprofessional!
She poured so much oil on me that she was never able to get the right pressure. She didn't focus on the area that I needed at all, and the pressure she used was hardly that expected of deep tissue.
She also rubbed my neck by quite literally slapping my throat which made me cough a few times!!
Then towards the end her daughter started shouting for her again - and she shouted in response.
And as if all that wasn't enough - she finished at 16:50. I booked 1hr 10mins on the app! I said that she wasn't fulfilling the time I paid for, and she argued with me that it was merely an hour!! Never mind the fact she disappeared MID MASSAGE.
Then I said I wanted to leave, and she didn't wipe off the excess oil so I slipped on the floor!
I absolutely will never use her again. For £35 I feel utterly robbed!! It wasn't relaxing or therapeutic. it was actually really stressful, cold, and painful.

Lovely lady, but unhygienic and extremely unprofessional. My wax has left me with nothing but broken short hairs and hundreds of ingrown hairs.

No description on how the treatment will be delivered. Unclean wrap, no disinfectant used to clean the blanket. Then you are sweating in blanket where other people did. My first time booking through the app, the vendor didn’t ask me to pay at the end of the service. Then I didn’t realise that was unpaid, so she told me that was my mistake. Overall lack of professionalism.
