The worst wax I’ve had in years. I booked a Hollywood - and requested hot wax be used. The therapist said she uses strip wax on the edges - I reluctantly agreed. The therapist ended up using strip wax on the majority of the area and the hottest hot wax I’ve ever felt. I now have a blister and red raw skin.

Zubaida always goes the extra mile! My skin always feels so my more nourished & soft after a facial with her. She always fits more in happily & also happily curled & died my eyelashes as an extra. Even though she needed to attend to he next client she kindly moved me to her lovely lounge where I was just as comfortable.
