Absolutely disappointed. It seemed whoever my therapist was has never done a manicure or pedicure or just didn't care. My nails were filed so thin rather than taking off some clear polish with nail polish remover. When I asked if she was going to cut or tidy my nails she said no for both my hands and feet the paint was awful im disgusted as when I rang the owner to ask him what kind of terrible place he was running he argued the price with me even though I only paid 40 after being quoted 46 on treatwell he said it should have been 53! The manicure has already peeled off despite being Gel polish and I'm going on holiday this morning.

You get what you pay for I guess! The treatment lasted 40 minutes, not 60, and the venue was pretty run down and a bit messy (I dont mind that so much, its the treatment itself that matters to me). There was also no music or anything, just silence, even a free Spotify ‘relaxing’ playlist or something would have made it better. The massage itself was good though, she definitely noticed my left side was tighter and focussed there. So, mainly docking stars for a 20 min treatment when I paid for 60
