I had a fabulous facial and massage experience with Natalie. She was friendly and professional, and whilst it was my first visit, I felt welcome, comfortable and relaxed.
The facial was really lovely, lots of facial massage too, and then the back massage was simply one of the best I've ever had. It's really tricky for a therapist the first time they meet someone to 'tune' into their body, but I felt Natalie did this perfectly and I felt super relaxed and tension free afterwards.
